Registration

We're so glad you've decided to register for Stepping Stones' Spring Writing Retreat taking place on the Oregon Coast from April 25-30, 2025. Any writer with at least two years of active writing practice—whether that's independent writing, workshop experience, critique groups, classes, or craft study— is welcome. Registration closes on April 10, 2025.

Registration Fee

• One bedroom suite inside lodge: $1,450

• Room in two bedroom suite inside lodge: $1,400

• Room in two bedroom cabin: $1,400

What's Included

• Your lodgings for the entirety of the retreat (Friday evening to Wednesday morning).

• All retreat programming, including craft instruction, group critique sessions, evening salons, and a final reading.

• A forty-five minute private consultation with Joanna or Brian to discuss your writing. This consultation will take place during one of the morning free write sessions. You will be able to schedule your consultation on site.

• Coffee, soft drinks, and light snacks
• Pizza dinner at the Friday night Meet and Greet

What's Not Included

• All other food not listed and alcohol. There are many nearby restaurants and a grocery store.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund before March 15, 2025 and by April 1, 2025 for a 50% refund. After April 1, 2025, we will unfortunately not able to issue any refunds. Email info@steppingstoneswritingretreat.com to cancel.
